i have an idea

tldr; it's something i actually want to build... properly this time.

about a year and a half ago, i started working on an idea. nothing too fancy. It is booming in china and something i thought could help solve a real problem in pakistan. at first i was a lil too ambitious about it

i tried to validate it early. made a quick video, posted it online, and hoped it would go viral. it didn't. barely got noticed. maybe i didn't push it hard enough. maybe the timing was off.

it hate to say it but yes quit working on it. but deep down i've always believed that there is a space for something new in pakistan's ecommerce. there's one big player. and a lot of unserved potential.

recently, i was talking to a friend who reminded me why i started this in the first place. the energy came back. it hit again. so i've decided to give this another go but with more focus, more intention, and a little more wisdom this time.

if you know you know that there's one major player dominating the ecommerce scene here. they've got the backing and almost has a monopoly in pakistan. and me? i've no funding, no team, just this belief that this could really fill all the missing that pakistani ecommerce sapce is facing at the moment.

Its a social commerce platform... dw i'll explain it all.

i've been researching a lot. digging into pakistan's ecommerce space, trying to understand what is missing. what is underserved. what is broken. so i decided to run a small survey. just a quick form to understand what annoys people when they shop online.

problem is, i don't have an audience. just a couple of friends. so i sent them the survey and asked them to send it to their friends. kind of like a pyramid scheme only to reach more people.

no clue how many responses i'll get.

i'll share more soon. right now, it's all heads down. if you're curious or just want to talk about this idea, i'm around.
